so, in all my hunting for dbsk desktop buddies....i found none.

however!

i did find big bang ones as well as ones for four 2pm members and all of shinee.

these are called shimeji (in japanese) and spelled 시메지 in Korean.  if you search for them this way, it might work.  it did for me.  but then i pretty much gave up searching after seeing NO dbsk ones.

(p.s. if a kind soul sees this and knows about dbsk ones, i would be in your debt.)

currently, there are three wooyoungs and one GDragon hopping around my screen.  i think it would be fun to have all of 2pm.  or all of dbsk. D:

quick notes on how to set-up:

i am not an expert at this.  just found it myself and figured it out.  the best thing that worked for me is to unzip all the files that you download (at least the ones that CAN be unzipped) [EDIT:  THIS IS IMPORTANT.  you must unzip.  it doesn't matter if you can see the files without extracting.  you must unzip/extract all files for this to work.]. 

as for the java .exe program.  it may be in the file you downloaded or in a separate download.  you only have to dl ONCE for all desktop buddies.  afterward, you open the file that has your little buddy's name on it (ex: for wooyoung the file's called "shmeji_wooyoung").  remember to open the unzipped folder.  then you find a .jar file.  click this and a desktop buddy will fall "from the sky" aka the top of your screen. 

EDIT:  these are three things you need for your desktop buddy to work. 
(1) the java .exe!  (I believe it's a java update or something.)
(2) the zipj application (you either download it separately or you can see it after you unzip the .zip folder you downloaded)
(3) your desktop buddy/shimeji folder.  (this has all the images and what not that makes your little buddy work.)

you'll know it's working when a little icon shows up on your task bar.  there are different task bar icons for different buddies (actually some look the same but there should be multiple if you have several.  for example, a wooyoung one and a junho one.)  if you right click that little task bar icon, you get five menu choices.  if you have japanese enabled on your computer, then you should be able to see the choices.  but if you can't read japanese or don't have asian languages on your comp, it doesn't matter because the menu selections are pretty easy to figure out yourself.

the first one is to make another buddy pop out.
the second is to bring your buddy to where ever you click afterward or where your cursor is on your screen.
the third selection is to get rid of the multiples and bring your buddy back to one count (they multiply so your screen can get mobbed)
the fourth is to bring your buddies out from hiding (they hide sometimes if they're "bored")
the last one is to exit.
